Being a Union Rep has been interesting to say the least!!!!The College I work at has been going through redundancy procedures.It is not as bad as other colleges but still some friends have been involved.Had some really good news this week as it looks like my intervention in a case will mean that a good friend of mine won't be made redundant!!!!!!I had been wondering long and hard whether or not to carry on so...it's nice to get some positive news!! yeah :-Dx
